As an IT Project Manager, Senior, you will guide multi‑disciplinary teams delivering complex IT and business‑modernization initiatives, ensuring projects translate the client's priorities into clear plans, measurable progress, and successful outcomes. You will manage work orders and project roadmaps, oversee execution across technical and functional domains, and help shape repeatable delivery models that align modernization, process improvement, and enterprise technology adoption. You’ll build trusted working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring project plans, risks, and decisions are communicated clearly and acted on with urgency and precision. Requirements

5+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects, including business process modernization
5+ years of experience with leading and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staff
Experience identifying risks and issues proactively, before they impact deadlines, standards, or cost targets
Experience with planning project stages and assessing business implications at each stage
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience navigating conflict among stakeholders or team members and resolving it directly
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Agile PMP, SAFe, or ITIL Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience managing projects with complex schedules
Experience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) frameworks
Experience with cloud-based platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with planning and leading major technology or COTS software assignments to inform technical and business decision-makers
Experience supporting user adoption, training, or change-management for enterprise change
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
