Our fast-paced, highly collaborative IT team is seeking a Senior Information Systems Engineer to help drive our infrastructure modernization efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep experience across network, cloud, storage, and identity — and the strategic mindset to help shape long-term technology direction. This role requires on-site presence at our Fairview office in Seattle on a hybrid basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent technical experience
  • 8+ years relevant experience working as a Systems Engineer
  • Advanced knowledge and experience administrating corporate networks, VPN / remote access, and wireless infrastructure (e.g. Cisco, Meraki)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Intune device management and conditional access policies
  • Deep understanding in at least one enterprise cloud platform (Azure or AWS)
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise storage administration (e.g. Everpure, Nimble, NetApp)
  • Solid hypervisor expertise (e.g. VMware, HyperV, Nutanix AHV)

Responsibilities

  • Help shape and execute our modern infrastructure strategy
  • Define technology standards and best practices across the team
  • Manage all aspects of network infrastructure, unified communications, and telephony
  • Architect and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality upgrades to on premise infrastructure
  • Architect and deploy new enterprise workloads to cloud environments
  • Own the business continuity planning and testing of enterprise compute and storage infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain high quality technical documentation and service roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Information Security to embed security standards across all IT services
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship while working to identify and resolve complex, high-impact issues
  • Work with key strategic vendors to ensure continuity of service, compliance, and supportability
  • Assist with management of Intune-registered devices and conditional access policies
