Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a motivated and energetic Senior Information Security Analyst to provide technical leadership in their information security team. The role focuses on protecting the security of information resources across multiple platforms. Requirements

Four year degree or five years of equivalent experience.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate technical and security concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated expertise in security architecture, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cloud security.
Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security platforms and controls.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of Cloud Security, Zero Trust principles, and modern identity-driven security architectures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in the information security team to protect the security of information resources spread across multiple platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and automation opportunities, and communicate security recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Implement, maintain, and support enterprise security solutions to ensure alignment with information security standards, architectural principles, and business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and security expertise for complex projects and strategic initiatives, helping teams design secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to identify and mitigate security risks, resolve challenges, and improve overall security architecture.
Develop, maintain, and enhance security documentation, standards, policies, and compliance requirements while supporting governance and audit activities.
