About The Position

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior Information Security Analyst to join its team in Chantilly, Virginia. The role is part of a Tier 1 Identity and Access Management program addressing cybersecurity issues and supports a team at a government location. The analyst provides identity, access, and credentialing support in a customer-service environment, including assistance with DEERS PII changes, CAC and token services, retired military ID issuance, PIN resets, and helpdesk requests. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of IT customer service support experience.
Understanding of PKI.
Strong troubleshooting skills to narrow down where customer issues reside.
Prior experience working with PII information and data.
Prior experience working with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in cybersecurity disciplines.
Prior experience working in a DoD environment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
General understanding of identity, access, and credentialing services.

Responsibilities

Support a team at a government location with DEERS PII changes, CAC and token services, retired military ID issuance, PIN resets, and helpdesk support.
Support identity, access, and credentialing issues in a customer-service environment.
Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing issues.
Contribute to completion of project and group milestones.
Provide input to project deliverables and reports as needed.
Contribute to solutions for a variety of complex technical problems.
Work off-shifts between 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET as required.
