This role involves discovering information hidden in vast amounts of data to help present data to leadership, enabling them to make smarter decisions and improve the performance of the THCE program. The primary focus is on applying data mining techniques, conducting advanced analysis, and building high-quality ad hoc systems integrated with operations. The position also involves automating scoring techniques for department improvements, building recommendation systems, enhancing existing application features, developing internal A/B testing procedures, integrating systems between multiple applications, and creating applications and reports to aid leadership in decision-making. Additionally, the role includes creating and automating reporting and processes to support the THCE team's performance. Collaboration with Trinity Information Services is required to maintain and update CMMS Application servers, and the role provides first-level support for any downtime. It also leads the processing of all application patches and updates. The analyst will create topic-specific ad hoc applications using SQL and HTML for operational needs, such as HTML Splash Pages, automatic notifications, a THCE Finance Application for budget building and intercompany transfer documentation, and interfaces to/from systems like PeopleSoft. A key responsibility is learning and supporting the new cloud-based Facilio (CMMS) to accommodate growing operational needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health Corporate Integrity Program, Code of Ethics, and other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. Develops solutions to support the relationship with System Office finance, purchasing, and TIS to improve data mining and analytics for THCE operations through the CMMS. Serves as a data expert for all aspects of the CMMS, including data structures and tables, and leads the development of new end-user tools. Supports the Business Application team in ensuring CMMS compliance with regulations and standards (JCAHO EC, AOA, CAP, ANSI/AAMI EQ). Directly responsible for the management and administration of the CMMS Web Based work order entry and review component, and any supporting hardware peripherals. Directly responsible for CMMS troubleshooting, resolution, and coordinating/performing upgrades with Trinity Information System. Directly responsible for analyzing and maintaining standardized data tables. Develops database-stored procedures to support operations and analytics. Pro-actively analyzes, monitors, and creates reports to identify cost reduction, resource productivity, and service agreement expiration and compliance improvement using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Provides other database support to staff as needed and completes all other assigned tasks. Possesses a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote Trinity Health's philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values. Maintains HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of information received regarding patients, physicians, and associates.
