About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support multiple Industrial Water and other Market Sector projects with advanced engineering solutions and technical challenges. You will lead execution and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects as well as coordinate I&C engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects. You will manage and coordinate marketing, planning, design and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects for Industrial Water and Wastewater systems. You will monitor and control project schedule and budgets and assist with proposals and presentations in response to sales opportunities. You will provide interface by attending client and contractor meetings, performing field investigations, attending factory acceptance testing and helping to resolve I&C client and construction issues. You will create relationships with industrial clients in North America and act as a liaison between U.S. and global design teams and clients.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work
Minimum of 11 years related work experience
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.

Nice To Haves

15 years’ experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting with a variety of project delivery experience ( EPC, FEL/FEED, Design Build or Services)
7 years’ experience in Industrial Water in one or more of the following industries: Data Centers, Semiconductor, Mining, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Power, Oil & Gas
Provide expertise in instrumentation systems, process analyzers, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems, and industrial communication networks.
Experience in project management.
Experienced with network diagrams, instrument device schedules, Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID), instrument schedules, input/output lists, instrument installation details, instrument loop diagrams, control narratives, and technical specifications.
Experienced with coordinating multi-discipline workflow process to meet budget and schedule goals.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities.
