We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement and optimization initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working independently on projects of moderate to high complexity while driving efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, OR PhD with no prior experience, OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of production systems, facility planning, and automation
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead industrial engineering projects with minimal supervision across production and operations
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, facility layouts, and workforce utilization
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
  • Conduct studies related to: Cost and inventory control, Production efficiency, Human factors and ergonomics
  • Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and process improvements
  • Support plant and facilities engineering teams in layout planning and design
  • Coach and review the work of junior team members
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment
  • Perform additional duties as required
