Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field required
  • Significant experience in manufacturing process design, optimization, and improvement required
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with engineering software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production operations
  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput
  • Evaluate production workflows and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor performance and recommend operational improvements
  • Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve operational goals
  • Support facility layout planning, workflow optimization, and capacity planning
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and operational standards
