About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer for its design studio to drive product discovery, concept definition, and innovative implementation across a diverse range of solutions. The role involves understanding people’s needs and values, uncovering insights, and combining human, technical, and aesthetic considerations to develop impactful products and technology. The designer will communicate future opportunities through visual and emotional storytelling and prototypes, and contribute experience from consulting and corporate environments to work across multidisciplinary teams and the design and manufacturing process.

Requirements

Industrial Design degree or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of professional experience.
Agency or corporate experience, including work with or for major national or international brands.
Experience working across a variety of industries, with an emphasis on consumer products.
Ability to research and use insights to craft innovation.
Strong storytelling skills across various mediums and formats.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to create and simplify forms with emotional resonance.
Solid knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and thermal engineering principles.
