Senior Implementations Specialist
About The Position
Rain is hiring a Senior Implementations Specialist to support the implementation of its AI Financial Health Platform for new and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, managing implementations from start to finish, configuring customer accounts according to best practices, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet implementation goals and timelines. The specialist will partner with Sales and Customer Success and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve customer issues and provide product feedback. The role also contributes to documenting best practices and improving implementation processes as Rain grows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience.
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing role managing stakeholders and timelines.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising.
- Experience with JIRA, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar customer record systems.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities
- Support external clients and internal teams with implementations for new and existing customers.
- Scope customer needs and requests during implementations to ensure Rain's solution addresses their problems.
- Project manage implementations end-to-end to meet customer timelines and goals, and communicate changes or updates to stakeholders.
- Configure and implement customers according to best practices to drive adoption and maximize revenue potential.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure timely, organized implementations and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot customer issues and provide feedback on product enhancements and needs.
- Help develop and document processes and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and support Rain's growth.
