About The Position

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant - HR. To succeed, you will need strong client-facing and project team interaction skills that build rapport, establish trust, and demonstrate professionalism. You will provide expert support to differentiate integrated solutions in a competitive global marketplace. Success will be measured by client satisfaction scores and project team sentiment. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Human Resources.
  • Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to influence and guide clients to the best solution.
  • Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate them.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to apply best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, building long-term trust and becoming a credible resource.
  • Analyze the client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
  • Stay informed about HCM capabilities, new product features, and potential functionality challenges across work streams.
  • Collaborate with client project teams, sales, and client service members to understand business needs.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate solutions based on unique client needs and ADP's HCM offerings.
  • Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
  • Adopt a lifelong learner mentality by participating in process improvement initiatives and finding new ways to improve the business.
  • Drive innovation by pioneering new initiatives to enhance the client experience.
