About The Position

ADP is hiring a Time Project Services- Sr. Implementation Consultant. This role combines analytic and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex information to help clients develop the skills and confidence to use ADP products with ease. The consultant will leverage top-ranked training programs, world-class service guidelines, and business consulting expertise to create exceptional project experiences for each product or service implementation. The primary goal is to successfully implement existing clients on changes or additions to their Time services. The role offers daily learning opportunities and comprehensive training to ensure success. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, building rapport, trust, and professionalism. They will provide expert support to make integrated solutions stand out in the global marketplace, aiming for high client satisfaction scores and positive project team sentiment. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with support or configuration experience for ADP eTime/Workforce Manager or Workforce Software/Suite, or alternatively, UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Pro/Dimensions.
  • Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
  • Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate them.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills, applying best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice To Haves

  • Any experience supporting or implementing Time modules or Interfaces for ADP eTime/Workforce Manager, Workforce Software/Suite, UKG Workforce Central, or Workforce Pro/Dimensions.
  • Ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
  • Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish implementation tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, building long-term trust and becoming a credible resource focused on analyzing the client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
  • Stay informed about HCM capabilities, new product features, and functionality challenges across other work streams. Act as a team player, seeking to understand the business and asking questions to other members of the client project team, sales, and client service.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate solutions to clients based on their unique needs and ADP's HCM offerings, incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Adopt a lifelong learner mentality by participating in process improvement initiatives and finding new ways to improve the business. Pioneer new initiatives to enhance the client experience.
