About The Position

The Senior Implementation Associate will be responsible for managing customer implementations, from initial setup to long-term support. This role involves tailoring approaches to meet the unique scope of each customer, whether it's a high-touch, large-scale enterprise deployment or a rapid, small-scale project. The position requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The company's platform empowers customers to improve their operations, and this role is crucial in ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer implementation, account management, training, support, or similar)
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of implementations simultaneously, ranging from high-touch, large-scale enterprise deployments to rapid, small-scale projects, tailoring your approach to meet the unique scope of each customer.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new software platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SaaS products or enterprise software; healthcare or transportation SaaS strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering on-site training and managing go-lives independently with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level client relationships and navigate organizational complexity
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)
