About The Position

The Senior iGaming Brand Marketing Manager will create, manage, execute, and lead the development of the brand strategy for the BetMGM family of casino brands. The role will oversee and lead all brand marketing for our casino and poker products. This includes development in partnership with agencies and internal creative department campaign look and feel, as well the creation, execution and management of all advertising campaigns. The role will ensure BetMGM and all other brands are top of mind for potential Player across all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years marketing experience.
  • Significant experience with budget management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and as comfortable with numbers as talking creative concepts.
  • Must have the ability to manage agency relationships and be a team player.
  • Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy, and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required.
  • Serve as a point person on marketing priorities; this may include partnerships, campaign deliverables, social assets, platform and website assets, e-mail, and content priorities.
  • Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining the brand positioning across BetMGM iGaming brands, this role will work alongside other marketing teams to ensure high quality execution that lives out BetMGM’s brand promise.
  • Working with the Sr. Director, Brand Strategy and Communications, define and maintain the brand proposition for each of the business units
  • Inspire all teams and agencies throughout the business as they bring the brand to life across all Player touchpoints.
  • Constantly review our external communications, looking for opportunities to optimize the delivery of our proposition in market
  • Drive advocacy for the brand across all teams and lines of business, focusing on alignment and consistency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of competitor brand positioning and consumer response to these strategies
  • Be a player advocate in all marketing campaigns, ensuring that the brand and our consumers are at the heart of our created communications
  • Work with our brand and player insights team to measure brand health and identify opportunities for driving improvement
  • Lead communication and day- to-day with agencies throughout the campaign production cycle
  • Provide strong leadership across the Brand Strategy and Communications team, playing a vital role in shaping our strategy and processes
  • Work closely with our Casino Marketing team to develop promotions and cultural moments to drive salient advertising campaigns that set apart the BetMGM and associated labels.
  • Work with Player Insight team to track player satisfaction monitoring tools (currently NPS/CSAT) and a research/insight plan to understand player behavior and needs and socialize that with colleagues across the business; develop a specific player action plan to improve player metrics
  • Assist in the monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and yearly brand and campaign processes to ensure strict budget management and streamlined accounting/payment processes.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director, Brand Strategy and Communications and internal creative director to establish a distinct look, feel and creative direction for each iGaming campaigns.
  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
