Requirements

  • Experience in IdentityIQ development and troubleshooting experience with an understanding of cloud-based identity governance.
  • Experience in analyzing legacy code, undocumented integrations, custom workflows, and business-critical processes while determining how those capabilities should be redesigned, simplified, or replaced within the ISC platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, support and modernize a large, highly customized identity and access management environment.
  • Maintain a complex SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and lead the organization’s migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot a mature, highly customized SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.
  • Develop and support IdentityIQ rules, workflows, tasks, forms, certifications, policies, lifecycle events, provisioning processes, and custom objects.
  • Analyze legacy Java and BeanShell code to understand existing functionality, dependencies, and operational risks.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues involving aggregations, identity refreshes, provisioning, certifications, connectors, workflows, and scheduled tasks.
  • Support custom integrations with directories, databases, applications, web services, ticketing platforms, and other enterprise systems.
  • Translate IdentityIQ-based processes and customizations into supportable cloud-based designs.
  • Develop and configure ISC integrations, workflows, transforms, provisioning logic, lifecycle processes, and related platform components.
  • Assist with identity, account, entitlement, role, policy, and governance-data migration.
  • Support coexistence between IdentityIQ and ISC during a phased migration.
  • Develop reconciliation, validation, and data-quality controls to confirm that migrated capabilities operate correctly.
  • Identify migration risks, functional gaps, dependencies, and remediation options.
  • Partner with architects, security teams, application owners, business stakeholders, and SailPoint resources to define target-state solutions.
  • Promote cloud-native, configuration-first designs and minimize unnecessary customization in the future-state platform.
  • Perform code reviews and establish development standards for SailPoint rules, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
  • Create unit, integration, regression, and migration test procedures.
  • Use source control and established software-development lifecycle practices to manage changes.
  • Support release management, deployment automation, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Provide root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Mentor other developers and support personnel on IdentityIQ and ISC development practices.
  • Communicate technical issues and design decisions clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
