About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management engineer to support enterprise IAM initiatives across identity governance, privileged access, and modern cloud-based identity solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on IAM engineering experience, strong experience with SailPoint IIQ, and the ability to operate in a large, complex enterprise environment. This is a US-based contract to hire role expected to begin as early as August 2026, with an initial term of approximately 6-12 months and potential extension.

Requirements

5+ years of IAM experience in large enterprise environments.
Strong background in identity governance and administration.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ
Experience supporting IAM engineering, implementation, integration, or operations.
Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor.
Strong understanding of access lifecycle management, governance, and control processes.
Experience working with application teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders.
Ability to document technical designs, implementation steps, and operational procedures.
Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
SailPoint IIQ engineering experience.
privileged access management experience.
BeanShell experience, especially for SailPoint IIQ-related work.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
Experience with large enterprise IAM programs involving multiple subsidiaries or business units.
Experience with non-human identity, secrets management, service principals, or related IAM patterns.
Familiarity with AI-related identity and security use cases is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support IAM engineering and architecture activities across enterprise identity programs.
Contribute to implementation and modernization of identity governance solutions.
Support SailPoint IIQ engineering activities.
Work with IAM teams, application owners, and platform teams to define integration approaches.
Assist with identity governance, access lifecycle, and access control implementation.
Support subsidiary or customer-facing IAM implementation work as needed.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, design notes, and implementation guidance.
Troubleshoot IAM platform, integration, and workflow issues.
Provide technical input on solution design, configuration, and operational readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IAM solutions meet enterprise security requirements.
Help evaluate and implement cloud-based IAM and IGA capabilities as the team expands.
