The ideal candidate conducts job analyses, develops psychometrically sound assessment instruments, performs validity studies, and ensures full compliance with UGESP, OPM Merit System Principles, and Delegated Examining requirements, while providing expert consultation to HR specialists and hiring managers on evidence-based selection practices.
