ITASCA North America is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to support challenging mining, groundwater, and environmental projects across the U.S. and North America. This role is suited for a technically strong professional with experience in groundwater hydrology, contaminant hydrogeology, field investigations, groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling, and technical reporting. Mining experience is strongly valued, particularly in mine water management, dewatering, depressurization, seepage, closure, permitting support, and hydrogeologic support for mine planning and operations. Water is often a defining factor in how mining, infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects are planned, permitted, operated, and closed. As a Senior Hydrogeologist, you will help clients understand groundwater systems, evaluate uncertainty, and turn field data, project constraints, and models into practical recommendations. Your work will support mine water management, groundwater characterization, dewatering strategy, contaminant transport assessment, permitting, closure planning, and risk management.
