About The Position
Parker Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced residential HVAC technician to diagnose and repair HVAC systems for homeowners in Parker and the South Metro Denver area. Compensation is $25–$45 per hour plus commission, with top technicians earning $90,000–$130,000 or more annually. The role offers strong overtime opportunities and consistent year-round work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of residential service experience.
- Strong HVAC diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment.
- Repair furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality systems.
- Work on zoning systems, ERVs, humidifiers, boilers, and geothermal systems.
- Educate homeowners about repair and replacement options.
- Maintain accurate service records.
