As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to: Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for both commercial and residential customers. This includes air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment. Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical wiring. Responding to emergency call-outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution. Providing technical support and advice to customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in a clear, understandable manner. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adheres to health and safety regulations. Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered.
