About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing service, maintenance, and repair on commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Current HVAC certification.
• OSHA 10 Training.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Service Technician in a commercial environment.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software.
• Working proficiency with hand-held computers (e.g., Smartphone, iPad).
• Electrical knowledge required.
• Ability to work in diverse conditions including mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, extreme weather conditions, risk of electrical shock (high voltage), climbing/working at elevated heights.
• Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, and kneel.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions.
• Install and service HVAC components.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Balance requirements of multiple and varied duties.
