About The Position

Unique Indoor Comfort, now Ace Hardware Home Services, is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians. This is a no sales pressure environment where you will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will handle service calls, maintenance, and warranty work on furnaces, gas boilers, zone systems, and A/C equipment. The role involves communicating clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions, and recommending repairs or improvements when appropriate. Requirements

• Min 3 years Residential HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least three (3) continuous years
• Meet company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements
