About The Position

The Senior HVAC Technician will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a highly skilled technician capable of working independently, troubleshooting complex equipment, and mentoring less experienced technicians when needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical troubleshooting, airflow, controls, and gas heating systems.
EPA Universal Certification required.
NATE certification or equivalent is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, package units, exhaust systems, and related equipment.
Install, replace, and commission HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical control systems.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Complete service documentation accurately and promptly.
Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior technicians as needed.
