Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8-12 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a talented HR team, ensuring goals are met and growth opportunities are maximized.
  • Oversee HR systems and processes, including HRIS, recruiting, leave management, and retention strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs that foster inclusion, engagement, and career development.
  • Provide guidance on policies, performance management, and employee relations, helping leaders build strong, productive teams.
  • Investigate complex issues, recommend solutions, and implement strategies to prevent future problems.
  • Use data and trends to create forward-thinking HR programs that support business objectives.
