Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a professional services or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll platforms, preferably iSolved.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in federal, multi-state, and local employment laws ensures compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Budget management and compensation planning experience.
  • HR data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Change management expertise.
  • Absolute discretion in handling sensitive information.
