Synergy, a leading Boston commercial real estate firm, with a managed portfolio of over 6.5 million square feet, across multiple asset classes, seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to support our continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource function at Synergy. With the support from the Executive Team and our third-party partners, this role will develop and implement strategies that will attract, engage, develop, and retain employees building upon our high-performance culture. The Senior Human Resources Manager is a personable, results-oriented, multitasker who can handle a variety of day-to-day duties. This position works well independently while also collaborating closely with staff and department heads in a professional and empathetic manner. Reporting to the COO, this role is driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the organization. Core responsibilities include providing HR guidance, improving business practices, leading complex projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
