We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist who brings strong employee relations expertise, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for helping leaders and teams succeed. This isn't a behind-the-scenes HR position. You'll partner directly with leaders across the organization to navigate employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance concerns, accommodations, policy interpretation, and organizational challenges. Your guidance will influence decisions, strengthen leadership capability, and help shape the employee experience across the company. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant Employee Relations experience
  • Proven success managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
  • Experience coaching leaders on performance management, documentation, and corrective action
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgment, and make defensible decisions

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
