About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior HR Generalist who thrives in challenging situations and can turn them into positive outcomes. This role is for an HR professional who understands that great HR is about building trust, coaching leaders, solving problems, and helping people succeed. The Senior HR Generalist will partner directly with leaders across the organization to navigate employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance concerns, accommodations, policy interpretation, and organizational challenges. This role offers the opportunity to influence decisions, strengthen leadership capability, and shape the employee experience across the company, providing a visible impact for those who are trusted advisors and key contributors.

Requirements

5+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant Employee Relations experience
Proven success managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
Experience coaching leaders on performance management, documentation, and corrective action
Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
The ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgment, and make defensible decisions

Nice To Haves

HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
