Petro Service Limited is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruitment and strengthen talent acquisition strategies across their organization. Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline.
• Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) Designation completed or in progress.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or business partner capacity.
• Expert knowledge of MS office and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sound research and business analytic skills.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team.
• Understands and appreciates the need for confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a corporate or multi-site environment would be considered an asset.
• Previous experience with an HRIS system would be considered an asset.
• A passion for HR with a clear understanding of its role in supporting company strategy and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in preparing the organization for the future by contributing to the implementation of strategic people initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, talent management, and modernization of HR practices.
• Lead day-to-day HR partnership with managers and employees by providing practical guidance through employee lifecycle processes, including employee relations, performance management support, manager coaching, complex people issues, organizational planning, retention, and strategic growth.
• Partner with the business and HR team to provide insights and actions supported by people measures and analytics. Assist in analyzing the impact of HR practices and identifying opportunities to improve people programs and business outcomes.
• Partner with leaders and the HR Director to support workforce planning that aligns people capabilities with current and future business needs. Contribute to assessing team structures, roles, and talent requirements, and provide practical HR guidance to support organizational effectiveness, succession readiness, and sustainable growth.
• Support initiatives that strengthen employee connection and engagement across the organization. Partner with leaders to foster a positive employee experience through meaningful communication, engagement activities, and people practices that reinforce culture and build trust.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support strong customer service in recruitment, retention, employee relations, onboarding oversight, and HR program delivery. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and best practices, while supporting the implementation of consistent and effective HR processes.
