As the Sr Human Resources Generalist (onsite, full-time) in Oshkosh, WI, you will maintain consistent, compliant HR practices that support a fast-paced manufacturing workforce with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
- Manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Advising leaders on performance management, corrective action, and difficult conversations
- Administering onboarding/orientation, I-9/E-Verify, and payroll-system enrollment
- Monitoring compliance with OSHA, FMLA, EEO, FLSA, unemployment, and related requirements
- Tracking HR metrics and emerging trends
- Supporting leaves, workers’ compensation, incident reporting, and unemployment claims
- Maintaining accurate personnel records
- Coordinating with corporate benefits for program administration
- Overseeing receptionist/HR assistant support
