Overview Senior Human Resources Employee Benefits & Retirement Specialist will interpret and apply employee benefit practices, policies, laws and regulations to research and resolve complex federal employee benefits issues and problems. Note this role is for future opportunitties on a active and funded contract.
Requirements
- 7 years experience Federal Retirement and Counseling
- FERS/CSRS experience
- Public Trust Clearance
Responsibilities
- Independently completing analysis and reconciling discrepancies or inconsistencies on benefits and creditable retirement service
- Provide guidance on the full range of employee benefit programs including retirement.
- Other duties as assigned.
