About The Position

The Senior HRIS Analyst oversees the day-to-day management, optimization, and integrity of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and data governance within the HR function and ensures accurate, reliable HR data across all platforms. The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to enhance system functionality, maintain data quality, improve reporting capabilities, and support strategic organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of related experience administering and supporting enterprise HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, Cognos, PowerBI, Sharepoint, Viewpoint Vista or related systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise: Applies deep HR systems knowledge and analytical skills to diagnose issues, interpret complex data, and deliver effective technology-driven solutions.
  • Data Accuracy & Quality Focus: Ensures all HR data is entered, validated, and maintained with precision, proactively identifying and correcting errors to uphold data integrity.
  • Systems Thinking & Process Optimization: Evaluates end-to-end HR processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements that streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
  • Project Management: Plans, organizes, and executes HR technology projects by managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful on-time delivery.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong partnerships across HR, IT, and business teams by actively listening, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring alignment throughout system changes and initiatives.
  • Change Management: Supports organizational change by clearly communicating system impacts, preparing users for transitions, and reinforcing adoption through training and guidance.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance Awareness: Handles sensitive employee data responsibly and ensures processes and systems comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, organizational structures, job codes, and position data with the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support and coordinate HRIS workflows related to key HR programs such as goal setting, performance appraisals, and compensation processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data and information across all systems.
  • Perform audits, reconciliations, and data validation.
  • Maintain data governance standards and quality controls.
  • Manage user security roles and permissions.
  • Build dashboards and advanced reports.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights.
  • Maintain compliance and regulatory reports.
  • Improve reporting accuracy and automation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support for HR team members and employees.
  • Train HR staff and end users on system functionality, best practices, and new features.
  • Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials for system workflows.
  • Document and optimize HR processes.
  • Establish HR data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
