Requirements

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, support, and administration across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, RBP)
3–5 years of HRIS experience, including leading projects or system implementations
Experience supporting and managing SuccessFactors release cycles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct and present root cause analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Proven ability to lead HRIS projects and implementations
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented, with a process-driven mindset and commitment to quality
Ability to mentor, train, and support team members
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities using tools such as Excel, Cherwell, or similar platforms
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including initiative, accountability, innovation, and influence
Ability to engage effectively with all levels of leadership

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and configuration specialist across HR systems, including but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, and Role-Based Permissions)
Act as system administrator for HRIS tools such as Visier, People Element, and other employee engagement or communication platforms
Lead HRIS projects and SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions
Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support change management initiatives
Perform advanced reporting and analytics using tools such as SuccessFactors and Visier to enable data-driven decision-making
Ensure data integrity and governance through regular audits, validations, and system controls
Evaluate system releases and upgrades, recommending enhancements across HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Visier, Docebo, People Element)
Build and follow standardized processes, while identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
Drive HRIS adoption and utilization across the organization, including UAT coordination and training
Demonstrate leadership by influencing outcomes, driving initiatives, and fostering accountability
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
