As part of UT Dell Medicine's transformation into a world-class academic health enterprise, we are launching an Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation centered on Workday, beginning in Fall 2026. To support this approximately 18-month implementation, we are recruiting both permanent and project-based HR and technology professionals who will help design, implement, and optimize Workday. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundational HR technology platform that will support the future University of Texas Dell Medical Center and the broader academic health enterprise. The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, and operational leadership to ensure HR technology solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices. The Senior HRIS Analyst functions as a subject matter expert for HR systems, reporting, analytics, integrations, security, data governance, and process improvement initiatives. This position plays a key leadership role in the organization's Workday implementation and long-term optimization strategy through solution design, configuration oversight, data governance, stakeholder consultation, and project leadership.
