We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) to serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert supporting our HR and IT functions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday as a scalable, automated, and data-driven system across the employee lifecycle. You will play a critical role in enabling a high-growth organization by ensuring system integrity, operational efficiency, and visibility into workforce data through advanced analytics and integrations. This role owns the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Workday across Core HCM and related modules. You will lead the technical and functional execution of Workday initiatives, including system configuration, integrations, reporting, and release management. You will act as the primary point of contact for Workday across HR, IT, and Finance, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational continuity.
