This role understands the overall business direction and impact of people decisions to influence the right business choices for fulfilling business objectives. The Senior HRBP Manager contributes to the development and delivery of BU business plans and the scoping of key business initiatives. They contribute to business growth by operationalizing talent initiatives to support business outcomes. This role identifies, advises, advocates, and enables initiatives that drive a strong culture, improved organizational effectiveness, business performance, and/or engagement. The Senior HRBP Manager acts as the voice of the business in the HR function and partners with People Partners, COEs, and Ops to ensure business needs are represented and that fit-for-purpose HR solutions are developed and deployed. They coach Senior Business Leaders on topics such as developing people leadership capabilities to enhance their effectiveness and impact. The role utilizes and analyzes data and trends to inform guidance to business leadership and measure success, enabling learning, iteration, and improvement. They provide strategic advice on strategic workforce planning, calibration and succession planning, organization design, change management, culture, leadership and team development, and relevant workforce trends impacting the BU.
