About The Position

This role involves understanding the overall business direction and the impact of people decisions to influence business choices and fulfill objectives. The Senior HRBP Manager will contribute to the development and delivery of business plans, operationalize talent initiatives for business growth, and identify/advocate for initiatives that enhance culture, organizational effectiveness, business performance, and engagement. The role acts as the voice of the business within the HR function, partnering with People Partners, COEs, and Ops to ensure business needs are met with fit-for-purpose HR solutions. Key responsibilities include coaching Senior Business Leaders on people leadership capabilities, using data and trends to inform guidance and measure success, and providing strategic advice on workforce planning, calibration and succession planning, organization design, change management, culture, leadership and team development, and relevant workforce trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Experience in direct client support and management coaching experience as well as team development/management
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration and relationship building
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Ability to excel at all levels of the HR “stack” - strategic, operational, and tactical
  • Credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
  • Confidence to challenge respectfully to influence business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Understands the overall business direction and impact of people decisions to influence the right business choices to fulfill business objectives.
  • Contributes to the development and delivery of the BU business plans and contributes to the scoping of key business initiatives.
  • Contributes to business growth by operationalizing talent initiatives to support business outcomes.
  • Identifies, advises, advocates, and enables initiatives that drive a strong culture, improved organizational effectiveness, business performance and/or engagement.
  • Acts as the voice of the business in the HR function and partners / contracts with People Partners, COEs (centers of excellence), and Ops to ensure business needs are represented and that fit for purpose HR solutions are developed and deployed for key business needs.
  • Coaches Senior Business Leaders and advises them on topics such as the development of people leadership capabilities, to ensure that Leaders and Managers become more effective as people leaders and are increasing their impact on people.
  • Uses and analyzes data and trends to inform guidance to business leadership and to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions.
  • Provides strategic advice on strategic workforce planning, calibration and succession planning, organization design, change management, and culture, leadership and team development, and relevant workforce trends which will impact the BU.
