Requirements
- Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR support, customer service, or admin experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, confidential environment
Responsibilities
- Support HR events, communications, and data management
- Maintain accurate records and systems (Workday)
- Conduct audits and generate reports
- Manage payroll actions, invoices, and expenses
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
