The Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to STERIS Instrument Management Services (IMS) On Location leadership and Associates across the United States while also leading an HR Business Partner. IMS On Location are field based repair technicians that work in DOT certified repair trucks and out of labs. This role drives talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and reporting/analytics, while championing key HR initiatives to support both leaders and associates. Estimated 10% domestic travel.
