Our client, HHI Corporation, based in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in fostering an engaging, consistent employee experience while ensuring multi-state compliance—including federal contractor requirements. The Senior HR Manager drives recruitment and retention initiatives, maintains clear and practical policies, aligns pay and titles, and partners with leadership to build a culture where employees can thrive and stay. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources)
  • 5–7 years of HR leadership experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to confidently navigate HR “grey areas” with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Genuinely enjoy the people side of the business—building relationships, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive, engaged workplace culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
