The Senior HR Generalist is a hands-on role responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, safety support, and HR program execution. This role serves as a primary resource for employees and leaders while ensuring consistent application of policies, strong employee engagement, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Ideal candidates bring strong HR judgment, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, hourly workforce environment such as manufacturing, transportation, or distribution.
