The Senior HR Coordinator (Bilingual) will assist and advise colleagues with inquiries regarding general Human Resources policies and programs. This role supports the HR Supervisor with matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, and colleague relations for both current and future colleagues. The position also involves daily time card reviews, attendance tracking, and coordinating benefits, including short-term disability, ADA, and FMLA, while also handling new hire onboarding in collaboration with safety and quality teams.

Requirements

  • Typically possesses high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-6 years of experience.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus
  • ADA/FMLA knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Performs HR support duties for a medium sized facility or multiple small facilities.
  • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
  • Assists with the process of terminations.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Assists to submit online investigation requests and assists with new-colleague background checks and onboarding.
  • Generates ad-hoc reports as requested and performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Supports colleagues in the benefit open enrollment process.
  • Provides process improvement feedback to Lead HRC or management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
