About The Position

Cansulta is seeking experienced independent consultants to join their platform, connecting them with businesses needing help with HR challenges and opportunities. Cansulta handles marketing, contracts, billing, and other administrative tasks, allowing consultants to focus on providing expertise. Consultants operate as independent contractors, and the platform is free to join, with a one-time setup fee and a revenue-sharing model. This role specifically targets experienced HR Advisors & Consultants.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or relevant field.
  • Significant experience as a senior HR leader (CHRO, CPO, CTO, VP or Director of HR/People) with broad scope or specific expertise in core HR areas: recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, health & safety, employee/labor relations, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, organizational structure & design.
  • Rich background of consulting experience, with a preference for those who have led projects that resulted in significant client benefit and advancements.
  • Skilled in analyzing client’s concerns, identifying issues, and offering potential solutions supported by proven cases and industry standards.
  • Portfolio should include a range of clients & projects that demonstrate ability to tackle complex problems, add demonstrable value, and drive forward-looking solutions.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to empathize with clients and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and leadership.
  • Able to host & lead client meetings with ease, professionalism, and effectiveness.
  • Able to multitask, organize and prioritize.
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and self-managing.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing client needs and navigate diverse teams is critical.
  • Profound interest in providing creative and technical solutions, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor and employment laws.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong command of relevant technologies and software, with an openness to adopting new tools that enhance practices.
  • Familiar with GSuite (Gmail, GDrive, GDocs, GSheets, GSlides) and Microsoft/O365 Suite.
  • Proficient with relevant HR software and technology: HRIS, HCM, HRMS, ATS, LMS, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or HRPA (CHRP, CHRL, CHRE) certifications preferred.
