The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for handling escalations for highly complex issues that are identified through the administration of HR programs (including, benefits administration, background checks, workers compensation, unemployment, Security clearances, and Immigration). Provides support and guidance to HR Operations team on complex cases and escalations. Subject matter expert to Operational Leads and Account Management including the research and resolution of complex HR issues as they relate to employment law, wage & hour laws, and compliance. Provides strategic recommendations in line with employment regulations to ensure HR legal compliance throughout MBO’s programs. Implements streamlined and scalable processes to support the business in HR areas of focus.
