About The Position

Path Robotics is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic people partner to its Operations organization, including manufacturing, supply chain, deployment, and field service teams. The role partners closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen manager effectiveness, and support employees as the company scales. The position reports to the Head of People.

The Senior HR Business Partner supports data-driven people decisions, talent and performance processes, organizational design, workforce planning, employee development, manager coaching, People program improvement, complex employee relations matters, and practices affecting the non-exempt workforce. The role requires sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to protect trust in sensitive situations.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP roles supporting operations or manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, employee relations investigations, and ADA/FMLA.
• Bring solutions, not just problems.
• Be data-driven and highly proficient in HRIS.
• Own outcomes and follow through with urgency.
• Exercise sound judgment and protect trust in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to make data-driven people decisions that improve team performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead performance and talent reviews; help leaders identify top talent, address performance gaps, and drive employee development.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent needs across Operations functions.
• Coach managers and supervisors on building strong teams, setting clear expectations, supporting employee growth, driving accountability, and navigating difficult people decisions.
• Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities to improve People programs and ensure they work effectively for Operations and non-exempt employees.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance concerns, with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment.
• Provide expertise on non-exempt workforce practices, including wage and hour compliance, attendance, scheduling, leave administration, and employee classification.
