The Senior HR Business Partner is critical in supporting our team’s initiatives in all facets of HR, with a specific focus on employee engagement, recruiting and retention, performance management, policy development, and implementation. This position is the point of contact for Associates and a consultant to management for HR-related needs and issues. The Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function, seeking to develop integrated solutions and deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
