Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, and organizational development
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and managing complex HR matters
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and sound judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Prior HR consulting experience strongly preferred
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Advising executives and business leaders on employee relations, compliance, workplace risk, and organizational strategy
  • Leading complex workplace investigations and high-risk employee relations matters
  • Providing executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic HR consultation
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives and workforce planning strategies
  • Developing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and scalable HR processes
  • Conducting HR audits and identifying compliance risks and operational improvements
  • Leading large-scale client projects and serving as an escalation point for sensitive HR matters
  • Mentoring junior HR team members and supporting internal development initiatives
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand HR solutions and services
  • Traveling locally to client sites 2–4 days per week (no overnight travel required) to support onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution.
