We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join our People team. This role partners closely with leaders across the firm to support talent priorities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and help implement key people programs that enable long-term performance and continuity. This is a senior partnership role suited to someone who brings both strong judgment and practical execution capability, and who is comfortable working across strategy and implementation in a collaborative environment. As a Sr. HRBP, you will work directly with leaders across the organization to support workforce planning, performance and development practices, succession readiness, and compensation alignment. You will also help shape and implement firm-level people initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness over time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, working through complex people topics thoughtfully, and contributing to meaningful improvements in how organizations support performance and growth.
