In the role of Senior HR Business Partner Operations Manager, you will significantly influence operational success within the Business Partnering (BP) organization. You will report to the Director of Business Operations, Global Business Partnering & Talent (BPT), and collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner leadership team. Additionally, you will work with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to lead and expand operations for complex international initiatives. You will create and sustain a steady operational rhythm for the HRBP team, drive accountability, and support continuous enhancement. Your deep business insight and leadership in transformational change will enable you to assess business requirements, spot operational gaps, and turn challenges into prioritized, effectively implemented solutions that yield measurable benefits. You flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced global setting, always eager to learn and develop as the organization changes, while prioritizing the team’s and business’s needs.
