Requirements

Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare required.
Hospice, palliative care, home health healthcare sales experience required.
Healthcare service sales experience required.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sources.
Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Outside referral development experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of degree.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining referral relationships.
Working closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, community partners, patients, and families to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate referrals.
